I started my career at AAA, building tools that digitized legacy operations and brought offline systems online. At AdventHealth, I learned how to design for trust and reliability — leading authentication redesigns and managing the rollout of a new EMR platform used by thousands of patients.

That foundation led me into platform work at Zywave, where I helped unify APIs, developer tools, and identity systems after a series of acquisitions. I found I loved turning complex backend problems into simple, scalable products.

Today at LexisNexis Risk Solutions I lead AI and computer vision initiatives — launching a claims platform that cut claims cycle times by five days and secured enterprise adoption within months. Across every role, my goal has been the same: build products that make sophisticated technology feel effortless to use.
